Staying one or more nights in a hotel is nice, relaxing and luxurious. It is a pleasant environment where food is served, the room gets cleaned and it is easy to relax. But for guests to feel at home, a variety of hotel signs are needed. Make sure to welcome and inform guests in the right way by creating the necessary signs for your hotel.

Start designing your signIt is important that guests feel welcome in the hotel. It should be easy to find, for example, hotel rooms and toilets within the hotel. It is also important that emergency exits are clearly marked. In other words, there are a number of signs necessary for a hotel.
These signs are probably the most common in hotels. Hotel room signs number each room so that guests can find their way easily. In smaller hotels with only a few rooms, it is common for the rooms to have names instead of numbers.
It is not just the hotel rooms that need to be marked with signs. It is also a good idea to mark conference rooms, cleaning stores, luggage storerooms and other staff rooms for the convenience of both guests and staff.
Reception staff commonly wear name badges, not least so that guests know who has given them information and who to turn to if they have questions.
Smoking is banned in hotels, as most people know. The ban on smoking inside buildings has been in place for some time now. But tourists may not necessarily be aware of the legislation banning smoking in public buildings, which differs in different countries. That’s why there is almost always a no smoking sign in hotel rooms.
